Cocoa contains powerful antioxidants called polyphenols which help reduce narrowing of the arteries and slow down the aging of cells. Cocoa is also recognised for its beneficial effects on memory, its stress-reducing properties (thanks to the presence of magnesium) and the feeling of well-being it induces.
Soya LecithinThere is actually an emulsifier called soya lecithin, which binds the cocoa butter with the other ingredients. More cocoa butter has to be added to chocolate which has no lecithin, producing a chocolate with a greater fat content. Soya lecithin is good for us in another way, too. It has important natural anti-cholesterol properties and that used in our products is guaranteed "GMO-free". Finally, its use minimises the risk of whitening of the chocolate. However, despite the virtues of chocolate, our passion remains to offer moments of pure pleasure by constantly exploring new flavors.
